PART A: Cancellation Policy for Physical Goods

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.

You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

PART B: Cancellation Policy for Digital Content

Right of Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

Premature Expiry of the Right of Withdrawal

IMPORTANT NOTICE:

The right of withdrawal expires in the case of a contract for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if we have begun performance of the contract after you

1. have expressly consented to our beginning performance of the contract before expiry of the withdrawal period, and

2. have acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

By clicking on the download link, you consent to the immediate commencement of contract performance and confirm your acknowledgment of the loss of your right of withdrawal.

PART C: Cancellation Policy for Mixing and Mastering

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving a reason. The period is fourteen days from the conclusion of the contract.

You may use the model withdrawal form below, but this is not required. Sending your statement before the period ends is sufficient to meet the deadline.

Effects of withdrawal

We will reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receiving your withdrawal. We will use the original payment method unless otherwise expressly agreed, and will not charge a reimbursement fee.

If you expressly requested work to begin during the withdrawal period, the law may require a proportionate payment for services provided up to the point when you notified us of withdrawal. This is based on the work already performed relative to the agreed full scope.

Early expiry

Consumers generally have a 14-day withdrawal period from conclusion of the contract for mixing and mastering. The right expires early upon full performance of the service only if, before work begins, you expressly consented to work starting before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledged that your right expires upon full performance. Placing an order, starting work or clicking a download link does not replace these declarations. Without an express early-start request, we wait until the withdrawal period has ended.

PART D: Exclusion of Right of Withdrawal for Ghost Productions

NO RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:

There is no right of withdrawal for ghost productions. The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or decision by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.

Since ghost productions are individual music productions created according to your personal specifications and wishes, they are goods that are clearly tailored to your personal needs. The right of withdrawal is therefore excluded after conclusion of the contract.
